Guidelines for Registration
USEFUL INFORMATION
The XXXII AISME Conference is an event open to everyone. Academics, scholars, and professionals from around the world can participate in the conference. Anyone wishing to participate (authors or attendees) must follow the registration procedure described below.
Do you have an accepted paper or poster for presentation at the conference?
For each accepted article, an author must register and pay the registration fee according to the guidelines provided here. The person making the payment can be different from the actual participant. The registration fee covers one (1) paper/abstract/poster. Inclusion of the paper/abstract/poster in the conference program and its publication in the conference proceedings are subject to the payment of the registration fee. Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.
The registration fee category (early/late) is determined by the payment date, not the registration date. Participants intending to register for the conference should complete the procedure as soon as possible to allow for registration processing.
Invoicing
All registered participants will receive a valid receipt for tax purposes after completing the payment. Anyone needing the tax receipt or invoice to proceed with payment is kindly requested to contact administration@enuklea.com.
Please note that it may take up to 15 working days to issue the tax receipt.
Registration Fees
Authors who wish to present their contribution and attend the conference are required to pay the registration fee. In addition to the publication of one (1) contribution in the conference proceedings, the fee also includes access for one (1) person to all sessions and congress events, participation in the scientific program, a welcome kit with badge and materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and the social dinner.
The EARLY-BIRD PAYMENT for conference registration must be made by June 30, 2024.
The LATE PAYMENT for conference registration must be made by July 31, 2024.
