PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Oral presentation
Please carefully review the following guidelines to ensure your presentation meets the required standards.
1. Presentation Format
- Please limit the number of slides to 10.
- Use black font (preferably Times New Roman).
- Headings should be 36-point font or larger; sub-headings should be 28-point or larger; and text should be 22-point or larger if possible (preferably Times New Roman).
- Limit the writing to minimum – include only essential information, list key concepts, not full sentences.
- Tables and graphics should be kept simple and clear.
- The closing slide should encourage questions from the audience.
2. Presentation Guidelines
- Projectors will be available in all session rooms. The standard software used is Microsoft PowerPoint. Please bring your presentation files on a USB storage device.
- Each presentation must be held in Italian and is scheduled for a 10-minute slot. This will allow for a 10-minute presentation followed by a short session for questions and answers.
Poster presentation
Please carefully review the following guidelines to ensure your poster meets the required standards.
1. Poster Format
- Template: All posters must be created using the official template provided below. The template includes specific layout and design elements that must not be altered.
- Dimensions: The poster should conform to the dimensions specified in the template. Ensure that your content fits within the designated areas.
- Resolution: Ensure that your poster is of high resolution to maintain clarity when displayed digitally.
- File Format: Posters must be submitted in a digital format, both PDF and PPTX. No physical or printed posters will be accepted.
2. Submission Instructions
- File Naming: Name your file according to the format (e.g., LastName_FirstName_AISME_POSTER).
- File Submission: Send your poster to the poster.aisme@enuklea.com by the 13th September 2024.
3. Presentation Guidelines
- Digital Display: Posters will be displayed digitally during the dedicated conference session, and will be commented by the Session Chairmen.
